This hotel was quite a surprise find tucked away in a back street nearing the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz and was a bit like stepping back in time! It was quaint, charming and with super friendly and efficient staff, a great choice for a relaxing break. The place was absolutely immaculate - the staff seemed to be permanently cleaning. The pool area was spotless, and the surrounding gardens were well maintained. The fitness room was great too! The food was hot! And well presented. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing quiet holiday within walking distance though of the town centre. A true little gem! Quiet hotel (inside only), rooms are clean and even spacious. Excellent location for city trips and nearby very nice beach (despite the fact that is in the middle of the city). If you stay in high season there is impossible to find place for car, you can prowl precinct as policeman, after a few days it is quite funny. But the best is the manager - tall man - "germen style" - strict, concrete, very helpful just ask him. He knows value of the hotel, location, prices ratios, hotel's facilities. It was pleasure to chat with him. Greetings! Fiestas are almost every day in the city, sometimes till midnight (morning), sometimes start at 5 a.m. with loud drums under you windows. Colorful processions, crowded streets filled by smiled people it was truly amazing. And please do NOT feed the cat, I hope it still live.

Had a recent very enjoyable three night stay. Warm, friendly and attentive staff. Very clean. Spacious comfortable room. Wide selection for breakfast and a great location for exploring the town. Various roads and avenues from the hotel leading to Plaza del Charco abound with restaurants, bistro and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Fantastic value for money and in its class this is hotel deserves five stars.
